School Site Council Election

MVMMS is looking for parents/guardians who are interested in serving on our School Site Council. We have 2 opening for people to serve a 2 year term.  If there are multiple candidates, paper and pencil ballot is conducted at the Back to School Open House in September with results communicated via email the next day.  The Council will convene for the first time prior to the mandated 40 days (Oct. 6, 2017) following the start of school. Please email Mr. Conway if you are interested in serving on the council no later than Sept. 13, 2017. The Council meets 5-8 times during the year with meetings generally in the late afternoon. Our main body of work is the School Improvement Plan which can also be viewed on the site council page on the website.
